Acceptance of Terms
By opening an account, depositing funds, or engaging in any interactive betting, arcade wagering, or live-dealer features on Mijo, you enter into a legally binding contract governed by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept every clause herein, you must immediately terminate platform access and cease all gaming activity.
Eligibility & 18+ Jurisdictional Restrictions
Access to Mijo is strictly restricted to individuals aged eighteen (18) years or older, or the legal age of majority in your residing jurisdiction, whichever is higher. We operate zero tolerance regarding underage participation.
Prohibited Territories: Users physically residing within the United States, France, Netherlands, Australia, United Kingdom, or FATF blacklisted jurisdictions are strictly excluded from depositing or placing wagers. Using virtual private networks (VPNs) to spoof location will trigger account suspension.
Account Integrity & Security
Only one (1) verified account per individual, household, physical address, IP address, and financial payment instrument is allowed. Any multi-accounting, duplicate registrations, syndicate syndication, or automation bots will lead to immediate account freezing and voidance of winnings.
You hold sole responsibility for preserving account credentials and two-factor tokens. Any wagers validated using your authorized credentials are automatically final and non-reversible.
Deposits, Wagers & Provably Fair Rules
Funds deposited via approved instant fiat rails, open-banking gateways, or supported cryptographic assets credit directly to your interactive wallet. Deposits do not accrue interest.
Every round leverages SHA-256 server-client combined seeds, permitting independent cryptographic verification in real time via the in-game Provably Fair modal.
Bet Cancellation: Mijo reserves the right to void or cancel any bet placed during obvious software malfunctions, incorrect odds publication, or post-event outcome determinations.
Withdrawals & Wagering Requirements
Prior to processing withdrawal requests, non-bonus deposits must be rolled over at least 1x to comply with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards. Promotional bonuses may carry higher multiplier rollover targets (typically 10x to 35x) as specified in promotional guidelines.
Know Your Customer (KYC): Withdrawals exceeding €2,000 equivalent require valid government-issued photographic ID and recent proof of address verification before payout approval.
Anti-Fraud & Responsible Gaming Limits
Arbitrage betting, latency exploitation, match-fixing collusion, or exploiting server bugs constitute material breaches. Accounts engaging in systemic abuse will be permanently suspended with balances retained to satisfy damages.
Player protection remains our core priority. Users may configure daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings or initiate cooling-off periods directly via platform settings. Self-exclusion requests are irreversibly enforced across all connected brand services.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Mijo is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, connection drops during live wager streams, or delays resulting from hardware provider faults, public internet congestion, or catastrophic force majeure events.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are construed under and governed by the laws and licensing provisions of the Curaçao Gaming Authority. Any dispute not resolved through Mijo's Tier-1 Support resolution desk within twenty-eight (28) business days shall proceed to binding independent arbitration.
